Do you act on your ideas before its time runs out?

DSC03215

For many of you, it is easy to get new ideas. However, few of you will actually sit down and capture them, prioritise them and decide to plan and act on them.

This habit can be risky. It is not the number of ideas you have that is important, it is the number of ideas you put into action and get to reap their benefits that are important.

A good exercise is to look back at the week that has gone by and write down the various ideas you had and take stock of how man you executed to completion and are reaping the benefits.

The more you do this, the more sensitive you will be to treat ideas with special care.

I had a lot of ideas and I started to write them. Now I can proudly say that I'm a writer for 4 years now. Some of the pages I wrote were published in the high school magazine. Others received prizes at different contests. Now I've finished my first novel and began my second. I'm 18 years old and currently gathering funds to go to collage and publish my work.
Being said that, I've "acted" my ideas and they got me far and made me discover new sides of myself. So, I do encourage others to act on whatever passes trough their minds. Who knows what will come out of it? Human mind is a vast realm deemed to be explored!
